It’s that time of year when the clocks change again and we Spring forward – at least in time!
I love Spring, I can get out early to see the sunrise and then back home feeling energised and excited for the day ahead.
After nurturing and nourishing my body and mind in winter, Spring feels like a chance to mobilise my joints, my dreams and my energy. I mobilise my upper body on my dawn walk, yes it looks a bit strange but hardly anyone sees it apart from other dog walkers and a few swans and it means I get those joints working properly. I have also written myself a strengthening programme to get those muscles in tip-top functional shape again.
Spring is the time of year when I reflect on my development and map out what I want and need to do for my continuing professional (and personal) development and to boost my knowledge. I’m starting courses in breathwork, physical activity and public health, and creating affirmation cards – random but all will be useful in my businesses.
Together with a couple of other experts, I am developing training in neurological conditions, upper body exercise, and I am revising the mental health course to make it more accessible. On top of that, I am putting together a new offer for anyone who wants to make the move into quality assurance. This will be a combination of a course, including all the templates you need, and a mentoring package to guide you through the first six months in the role. There is even a book about quality assurance in the works!
So join me in springing forward in your careers and as always, if you want a chat about your options, email me at admin@sarahbolitho.com.
